Qualificações

• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Motivate the team and uphold the Alumni Hall brand standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high energy team delivering a superior customer experience.
• Coach team members and assist Store Manager in performance reviews.
• Open and close the store, handle deposits, and follow daily operations.
• Ensure ecommerce orders are fulfilled per company standards quickly and efficiently.
• Strive to achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales goals and shrink targets.
