DXL Group is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager who excels in customer service and coaching a high-performing team in a fast-paced apparel environment. You will support the Store Manager in meeting sales goals, managing operations, and delivering an unmatched guest experience.

The role requires leadership, reliability, and willingness to travel to neighboring stores as needed. This position offers opportunities for growth within our zillion-strong team and bonuses for performance.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree, a plus.
• 1 year of experience in an Assistant Store Manager role.
• 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Willingness to travel to neighboring store locations.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

Mansioni

• Ensure each guest feels welcomed by spending quality time, asking questions to learn needs and lifestyle.
• Assist Store Manager by ensuring the store meets sales plans and monitors customer service, inventory, expenses and risk.
• Serve as a product knowledge expert with the ability to sell a broad range of apparel, including private labels and names brands.
• Assist with building a superior customer-focused sales team by providing on-going coaching and training for selling skills and procedures.
