The role requires 2-4 years supervisory experience, 18+, high school diploma preferred, and the ability to lift 20 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead in a retail store.
• Strong communication in English, verbal and written.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams and manage store operations.

Responsibilities
