Job summary

altaexternalcareersite is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Colorado to support the Store Manager in daily store operations, ensure a safe, customer-focused environment, and step into the Store Manager's duties when needed.

In this full-time role you will help customers with purchases, build lasting connections, and uphold standards for service, safety, and merchandising. Requires 2–4 years in retail supervision, English proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead at a retail store.
• Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Be physically able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in all store operations and ensure a safe, customer-focused environment.
• Assist customers in the purchase of products and develop customer connections.
• Carry out Store Manager duties when the Store Manager is not present.
