The position requires 2-4 years of supervisory experience in retail, English communication skills, and physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Shifts may include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Supervisor, or Team Lead at a retail store.
• Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Must be physically able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Be able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations and ensure a safe, customer-focused environment.
• Support customers in product purchases and maintain positive store atmosphere.
• Step in for Store Manager duties when needed and mentor team members.
