The role requires leadership of store staff and adherence to company policies. Responsibilities include recruiting and training personnel, assisting in performance reviews, managing expenses, and ensuring shrink targets are achieved.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in retail management.
• Strong English communication with customers and staff.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to multiple stores in the district.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality and performance of store staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead by example to meet store goals and training standards.
• Recruit, select, train, and develop store personnel.
• Assist with annual performance evaluations for staff.
• Assist with expense management and budgeting strategies.
• Monitor loss and shrinkage, ensuring targets are met.
• Oversee safety and business standards compliance.
• Train staff in selling and merchandising techniques.
• Ensure outstanding customer service in a friendly environment.
• Assist in merchandise inventory counts and reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
