Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations to optimize sales and profitability.

• Recruit, select and train store personnel; support performance evaluations.
• Monitor expenses, plan budgets and manage inventory levels.
• Maintain outstanding customer service and suggest merchandising techniques.
• Oversee loss prevention, safety and store standards.
• Support in multiple store locations within the district.
