FirstCash Holdings, Inc. seeks an Assistant Store Manager for our Fort Worth, TX store. You will support the Store Manager, lead staff, drive sales, and safeguard assets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and daily operations.

You’ll earn hourly pay plus commission based on productivity and a store-performance bonus. Candidates must be able to handle cash, supervise teams, and work a flexible retail schedule; firearms certification may be required in some locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience.
• Must be able to supervise others and manage daily store operations.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain firearms certification.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Foster a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Assist in training Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through company channels.
• Open/close store and protect assets; manage cash and inventory.
• Monitor loans, inventory, and store presentation to meet financial goals.
• Communicate store goals and ensure staff understands profit objectives.
