Family Dollar in Omaha, NE seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily store functions, help customers, organize merchandise, and participate in opening/closing procedures.

The role involves payroll/scheduling tasks, loss prevention, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked store. Prior retail leadership and strong communication are valued in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail store management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Support customer service and resolve questions or concerns.
• Help organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support ordering, processing damaged merchandise, payroll, scheduling and cash handling.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
