Dollar General Corporation is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run a clean, customer-first store and support the Store Manager in supervision, merchandising, and deposits. The role includes stocking, cashiering, and ensuring profitability while protecting assets.

Responsibilities include leading customer service, scheduling and training staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with policies. This is a Full Time, on-site position at a Dollar General store in Uniontown, OH.

• Manage merchandise flow: receiving, stocking, displays, restocking.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control damages and losses.
• Support planograms and merchandise presentation per direction.
• Ensure cash handling integrity, refunds, and deposits.
