Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Boca Raton to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily activities, help customers, and ensure merchandise is well-organized on the floor and in stockrooms.

The role requires the ability to lead, train, and develop store associates while upholding company policies and safety standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail store management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns they may have.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor as needed and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain promotional stores fixtures and displays.
