Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of 6+ months in management/3rd key experience as Assistant Store Manager.
• Ability to lead store operations and develop staff.
• Strong customer relations and satisfaction focus.
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations with Store Manager.
• Recruit and develop store staff; drive customer satisfaction.
• Open/close store; manage cash drawers and assets.
• Monitor loan/merchandise processes and store profitability.
• Ensure compliance with FirstCash standards and asset protection.
• Communicate store goals and expectations clearly to the team.
