FirstCash is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in the Phoenix area. The role offers an hourly wage of $18.00 to $21.00 with an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction processed.

Our associates can earn up to 8% on transactions, on top of their hourly rate. You will lead store operations, partner with the Store Manager to develop staff, drive customer satisfaction, and work toward profitability.

Qualifications

• Willing to work extended hours including weekends.
• Minimum age 18 and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong supervision and leadership abilities.
• Experience with firearms certification preferred.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Excellent work ethic and business sense.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations with a customer-centric mindset.
• Recruit and develop store staff; retain top talent.
• Open/close store; manage cash drawers and assets.
• Oversee loan processes and inventory control.
• Ensure store standards and profitability targets.
• Communicate objectives and train associates.
• Act as manager on duty when Store Manager is absent.
• Promote asset protection and safety procedures.
