Qualifications

• Store Manager must lead day-to-day store operations and promote a positive environment.
• Minimum age 18 and High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to work in multiple locations as needed.
• Willing to work with firearms and obtain firearms certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop store employees to achieve sales and service goals.
• Open and close the store; manage cash and assets with integrity.
• Monitor loan qualification and buying processes to ensure value and compliance.
• Drive profitability by achieving financial goals and building customer relationships.
• Recruit top talent through company channels and train staff to FirstCash standards.
• Ensure store standards, merchandising, inventory control and loss prevention.
