$19.00 to $23.00 per hour

Position Overview

Seeking an Assistant Store Manager with minimum 6+ months of management experience. Responsible for daily store operations, team development, recruiting, financial management, and customer satisfaction. Promotes a customer-centric environment and collaborates with the Store Manager on financial and operational goals. Involves working with diverse merchandise, including jewelry, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.

This role offers hourly wages plus commission based on productivity and store performance, with actual pay depending on location, experience, and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster a friendly, professional, customer-focused environment.
• Train and develop staff, including Pawnbrokers.
• Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
• Manage store opening/closing, cash, inventory, and security.
• Analyze financial statements, drive profitability, and meet operational standards.
• Oversee loan processes, store presentation, and asset protection.
• Act as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Effective supervisory skills and ability to work with firearms (certification required).
• Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy, cash handling experience, and multitasking skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and work ethic.

Commission Plan
