We are currently looking for the right Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our team! The position offers a pay range of $13.00 to $17.00 per hour. We also offer an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process! Our retail sales associates can earn UP TO 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $1.17 per hour ON TOP OF YOUR HOURLY RATE.
Seeking an Assistant Store Manager with at least 6 months of management or third-key experience. Responsible for daily store operations, promoting a positive environment, leading and developing staff, recruiting, maximizing financial goals, and managing customer relations. Works alongside the Store Manager to analyze financial statements, promote asset protection, and target new customers. The role involves working with various merchandise including jewelry, tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more. Compensation includes hourly wage plus commission and bonuses based on productivity and store performance.
