Retail Assistant Store Manager (03) (Project Management)

No Late Nights! Stores are open from 10am to 8pm Mon - Sat, 11am to 6pm on Sunday.

$24/Hour PLUS Quarter Sales Bonus!

Purpose or General Objective: To assist the store manager in operating a retail store within a given budget while meeting both production plan and monthly sales goals.

Job Duties:

1. Continually support and work cooperatively as team players with all members of retail and upper management as well as all other departments within GICMH.
2. Serve as a positive, productive role model to all employees, participants, and customers.
3. Maintain appropriate and professional verbal communication, appearance, and actions.
4. Comply with and enforce all agency policies and procedures.
5. Provide a high level of customer service.
6. Assist store manager in meeting or exceeding monthly production plan, as directed, while also ensuring all company quality and quantity standards are met.
7. Assist store manager in all areas of human resources management, as directed.
8. Recruit, hire, and train to ensure you have a functional cohesive staff.
9. Conduct performance appraisals.
10. Maintain updated associate and consumer files.
11. Handle corrective actions.
12. Assist in completion of store staff work schedules, as directed by store manager.
13. Review and respond to customer complaints in a professional manner.
14. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
