Job Description

Our Retail Assistant Managers lead by example through fair delegation and hands-on work across store areas. They prioritize friendly customer service and teamwork, demonstrating integrity and following company guidelines. They hold themselves and staff accountable for meeting goals, treating everyone with respect and fairness. They thrive in a varied, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring production goals are met by staff.
2. Creating a positive environment for staff and customers.
3. Managing payroll and timekeeping.
4. Assisting in meeting sales and production goals.
5. Closing store, reconciling cash, and securing the facility.
6. Handling cash register operations and customer service.
7. Receiving, pricing, and stocking donations (lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, and 10-35 pounds frequently).
8. Inspecting, tagging, and hanging textiles and clothing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum three years of retail experience, including supervisory roles. Experience as a key holder is a plus.

Hours & Compensation

Stores are open Monday-Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm, and Sundays from 1 pm. The pay rate is $17.21/hour.
