Job summary

FirstCash is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Tempe, AZ. The role offers an hourly wage between $18.00 and $21.00 plus commission on transactions and a path to leadership in our retail team.

Earned Wage Access is available from day two, and employees receive medical, dental, vision, life, and voluntary benefits. Tuition reimbursement and 401(k) participation are available, with vacation time after six months and annual increases thereafter.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18 years old
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays
• Cash handling experience is required
• Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise others

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day operations and staff development
• Promote a customer-centric environment and address customer issues
• Open/close store, manage cash drawers and assets
• Monitor loan qualification and buying processes where applicable
• Lead by example and support goal attainment and store profitability

Education
