Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.

• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain storefront displays and promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and handling damaged goods and records.
• Maintain clean and organized store and stockroom per standards.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
• Support Store Manager in supervising and developing staff.
• Foster a positive, safe, respectful environment for customers and associates.
• Keep bathrooms, floors and restrooms clean and presentable.
