Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and in day-to-day operations.
• Consult with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibilities in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate store personnel; provide guidance to staff and customers.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities are completed and standards met.
• Provide extraordinary customer service and promote products and services.
