Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in training, motivation and goal attainment.
• Oversee sales floor with Salvaging, stocking, organizing, and cleanliness.
• Ensure procedures related to store work activity are followed and documented.
• Assist with donations area operations to meet daily goals.
• Create an exciting shopping environment each day.
• Open and close the store as requested by management.
• Serve as a positive role model to employees.
• Back up cashier as needed.
• Maintain a positive community image for Goodwill.
