Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets and in establishing action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Act as store lead in the Store Manager's absence and supervise staff as needed.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to help profitability across departments.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service and promote merchandise per company policies.
