This role emphasizes customer service, fashion awareness, and a proactive approach to growth, with opportunities to advance from within and grow into future leadership positions within the store organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close routines; supervise salesfloor and stockroom for service and operations.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll tasks.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain compelling visual displays.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate POS systems and fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Represent the Abercrombie brand and embody company culture and values.
