Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Houston to lead daily store operations and sales execution. You’ll open/close routines, supervise the salesfloor and stockroom, and drive efficiency while delivering best-in-class customer service.

You’ll also lead staffing, training, and development, coach non-management staff, and ensure product knowledge and brand standards are upheld. This role promotes from within to future leadership across the store organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
