Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations in Texas. The role blends business strategy, operations, and people management to drive sales through analytics and top-tier customer service.

You will supervise staff, open/close procedures, manage scheduling and payroll, train non-management teammates, and ensure product knowledge, visual standards, and brand values are upheld in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and effective communication.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise sales floor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
