Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is hiring a Sales Assistant Manager to drive rental sales and deliver exceptional in-home and in-store service. You will lead daily store operations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include growing sales through rental agreements, coordinating deliveries, maintaining attractive product displays, and delivering a white-glove customer experience while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old, valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business and customers.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a white-glove service approach.
• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and install products following safety procedures.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with clean, organized product displays.
