You will drive sales by analyzing performance, oversee daily store procedures, and ensure outstanding customer service while executing floorset updates and product knowledge. You will recruit, train and develop staff, manage scheduling and payroll, supervise the sales floor and stockroom, protect store assets, and support omni-channel orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
