Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Work with the Store Manager to plan and execute selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Step in for the Store Manager in their absence.
• Participate in personnel recruitment, training, and evaluation.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments as needed.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Deliver exceptional customer service per policy manuals and procedures.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the brand.
