Job summary

EVEREVE Incorporated is seeking an Assistant Manager in Virginia to lead our store according to the HEART values. You will partner with the Store Manager to ensure every customer experiences the EVEREVE Styling Experience and that all customers are seen and connected with.

• Assist Store Manager in coaching, teaching, and developing staff.
• Support store operations, inventory, fulfillment, merchandising, and visuals.
• Drive results through styling, Trendsend, customer outreach, and payroll support.
• Meet sales expectations and manage division of responsibility by volume.
