Job summary

You will open/close the store, support the General Manager in sales goals, mentor associates, manage cash and loss prevention, and contribute to visual presentation while fostering a friendly, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Key Carrier Certification must be completed within 60 days.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old due to keyholder responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store as a key holder.
• Support the General Manager in reaching sales goals.
• Lead customer service efforts and resolve issues professionally.
• Train and guide associates on processes and standards.
• Delegate daily tasks and coordinate breaks.
• Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Perform register overrides, cash reconciliation, and loss prevention procedures.
