Job summary

Skechers USA Retail, LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a motivated team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service in our California store.

You will manage inventory, optimize visual merchandising, and supervise daily operations including scheduling and opening/closing duties. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a commitment to Skechers’ brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and ability to coach a retail team.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering customer service.
• Experience with visual merchandising and managing store displays.
• Experience with inventory control and restocking processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure product displays meet Skechers’ standards and reflect brand styling.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking to maintain floor availability.
• Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and store operations.
• Assist with peak operations and safe lifting of boxes (up to 50 lbs).
