Job summary

Skechers USA Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Southern California to support the Management Team in daily operations and team leadership.

You will drive store performance, mentor a team, and ensure outstanding customer service while managing inventory and visual merchandising to reflect Skechers' style. Responsibilities include overseeing scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and implementing sales strategies to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in sales management and delivering results is expected.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales management goals.
• Ensure product displays meet Skechers' high standards for style and innovation.
• Monitor stock levels and restocking processes.
• Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and operational processes.
• Support peak store operations by occasionally lifting and moving boxes (up to 50 lbs.).
• Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and exceeding sales goals.
• Address customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
