Job summary

Skechers USA Retail, LLC in California is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team, supporting the Management Team in operations and people leadership. You’ll drive daily performance, mentor a team, and ensure outstanding customer service while managing inventory and visual merchandising.

You will oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and store systems, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to foster collaboration.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.

• Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and store operations.

• Address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
• Occasionally lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.
