J.Crew Factory in Lincoln, NE is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the leadership team. You will support the Store Director, mentor sales staff, and drive profitability through genuine customer connections and brand loyalty.

You’ll manage operations, assist with recruiting and training, lead product knowledge sessions, and help engage the community with events while ensuring top-notch service.

Formación

• 1–2 years of retail management experience.
• Ability to coach and develop sales staff.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Support Store Director and Assistant Store Manager to drive profitability.
• Own designated division (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development as needed.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to boost customer connection.
• Engage community through events and loyalty-building activities.
• Step into various sales floor roles when required.
