Job summary

Foot Locker in the Indianapolis area is seeking a store leadership-minded team member to help manage operations, staffing, inventory, and customer experience. You would support the Operations Manager and may assume additional duties in their absence.

Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, locating merchandise for customers, maintaining policy compliance, and upholding loss prevention measures while delivering a premium store experience. Flexible availability is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience.
• Confident and comfortable interacting with employees and providing direction.
• Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands in omni-channel retail.
• Initiates completion of tasks without supervision.
• Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversees shipment of merchandise to appropriate warehouse for RTV and store transfers in a timely fashion.
• Retrieves merchandise and fulfills customer Locate orders.
• Reconciles store-to-store transfer documents and receiving paperwork per policy.
• Follows loss prevention policies to minimize shrink.
• Executes visual merchandising standards, price adjustments, and compliance tasks to enhance customer experience.
