Job summary

Old Navy in Lima, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a retail team, drive profitable sales, and oversee operations, merchandising, and talent development. You will coach leads and brand associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and support execution of the store strategy with the GM/AGM.

You will work closely with leadership, recruit and develop staff, and promote omni-channel initiatives while meeting performance goals and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Drive store sales with a customer-centric mindset.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and optimize operations.
