Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities and align travel center and restaurant operations with plans to achieve sales, profitability and guest satisfaction.

You will lead staffing, coaching and development, drive sales, conduct P&L analysis and ensure a customer-focused culture while working a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
