The role emphasizes leadership, training of Store Associates, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and executing corporate directives. Prior retail or grocery management experience is preferred, with strong communication and problem solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives is required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with day-to-day store operations and activities.
• Help customers with questions and concerns in a positive manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom and floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process directives including payroll, scheduling, and cash deposits; loss prevention.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom according to company standards.
