Job summary

Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. in Johnstown, OH is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager for a regular full-time role at the Johnstown store. Location: 715 West Coshocton St., Johnstown, OH 43031.

Compensation includes $14.72 per hour and a full-time schedule of 36–40 hours per week. The Assistant Manager will oversee store operations, mentor the team, and ensure strong customer service while managing donations and pricing.

Qualifications

• Must have open availability.
• Have previous management experience.
• Stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes THC).
• Pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and product displays.
• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers.
• Supervise staff with enthusiasm and lead donation sorting and pricing.
