As an Assistant Manager, you will work with the Store Manager to supervise daily operations, coach associates, and uphold company standards. This role focuses on service excellence, merchandising, safety, and store performance while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Background check required.
• Pre-employment drug screening required.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or cash handling preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Availability to support Store Manager’s schedule.
• Willingness to travel for new store openings (3–6 weeks).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service by creating a friendly, welcoming experience for every guest.
• Supervise and support employees during daily operations while promoting teamwork and accountability.
• Assist the Store Manager with execution of daily operations and store performance goals.
• Process customer purchases accurately using the POS and cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain merchandising standards through stocking, inventory management, and store presentation.
• Keep the sales floor, restrooms, parking areas, and exterior grounds clean and safe in all weather.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, training, and coaching new team members.
• Encourage sales growth through product knowledge, promotions, and suggestive selling.
• Follow and enforce company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Complete required reports and administrative tasks on schedule.
• Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and daily workflow coordination.
• Support store remodels, openings, and transition teams as assigned.
