KnitWell Group is hiring an Assistant Manager for Store 3648-Springfield Town Center-WHBM-Springfield, VA. You will support the Store Manager in leading the team, delivering a memorable customer experience, and building community connections.

You will drive sales, coach associates, and maintain brand standards while ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, operate the register, and lift up to 50 pounds.
