WHBM is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team, building community connections, and delivering a seamless customer experience. Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve store financial goals.
• Assist in hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
