Job summary

Soma is seeking a Store Assistant Manager for Barton Creek Square in Austin, TX. You will support the Store Manager in leading the team, delivering a seamless customer experience, and upholding our hospitality culture.

You will coach associates, drive sales, manage inventory, and help create memorable, personalized experiences while building community connections through events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve the financial goals of the store and motivate the team.
• Assist in the hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
