Cash America Pawn seeks an energetic Retail Assistant Store Manager in Dallas to oversee daily operations and lead a team. You will drive sales, manage customer relations, and support Store Manager in achieving financial goals, while promoting a safe, efficient store environment.

The role includes a compensation mix of hourly pay plus commission, with a comprehensive benefits package and access to earned wage options. You may work a flexible schedule across store hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience.
• Willingness to supervise others and work flexible retail hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle duties across the store.

Responsibilities

• Foster a customer-centric environment and address issues quickly.
• Train and supervise Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent and maintain talent pool.
• Open/close the store, count cash and merchandise, protect assets.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising, and reporting.
• Drive profitability through communication and goal setting.
• Ensure compliance with FirstCash standards and loan processes.
