Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales through analysis, and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will oversee opening/closing routines, supervise the floor and stockroom, and manage staffing and payroll while training non-management staff. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or at least one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing setting, with a strong emphasis on fashion trends, initiative, and teamwork.

• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
