The position emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and responsibility for daily operations, including inventory and community initiatives, with a focus on hospitality and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to hire, develop, and coach associates.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve store financial goals and motivate the team.
• Assist in hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
