J.Crew Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Atlantic City store. You will lead a sales team, foster customer connections, and support store operations to drive profitability and brand loyalty.

You’ll collaborate with the Store Director and Associate Store Manager, coach staff, and help create a collaborative environment that delivers best-in-class service and keeps operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail management experience.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Must bend, reach, stretch and lift at least 40 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to impact business results and profitability.
• Own your division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development as needed.
• Partner to cultivate a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class customer service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to boost associate performance.
• Develop community engagement and loyalty through events.
• Step into various roles on the sales floor when required.
