Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and store operations.
• Work with the Store Manager to plan selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Serve as acting store leader in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Help recruit, train, and evaluate store personnel.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and promote products.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards across manuals.
