Job summary

You will supervise staff in the Manager's absence, drive sales, manage inventory, and uphold company standards for customer service and merchandising. Successful candidates will have 1–3 years of retail or customer service experience, strong communication, and the initiative to lead when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, footwear or athletic apparel preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with store operations and admin duties.
• Develop action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Supervise store activities in the Store Manager's absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Protect assets and ensure internal controls and profitability.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service per the service manual.
• Promote and sell Hibbett I City Gear services and merchandise.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
